And The Universe Said...

This piece is a vector illustration I created for the Utah Digital Media Arts Festival, which it placed 3rd in its category across all of utah. The piece is based of the poem at the end of the popular game Minecraft.

It features a stained glass window in a building made of bricks. It features a person with short, grey hair, and light skin. Their appearance was based off of my own at the time I made it. They are wearing a pink sweatshirt and clutching bundles of forget-me-nots. They have wings made of branches and leaves and their skirt billows down to become a waterfall. Vines grow around their skirt and at the base of it is a pond with 3 fish. Behind the persons head is a halo made from a sunset. The border of the window has words quoted from the poem, written in the galactic alphabet, "And the universe said, you are not separate from every other thing."
