Photo Realistic Chair Model

I created this in my 3D graphics course as an assignment to create photorealistic items.

We used a blueprint from the furniture company, and used it as a guideline when building our models. we used modifiers to create nice smooth edges and build organic shapes. Once that was modeled, we imported a free realistic texture and applied it to our objects, adjusting it to make it look better. We modeled a quick background, and got to rendering. We used studio lights and took shots from several angles. This was the final product of a day's work.
